Today went training with a few people from SPARC...oof.....out of shape already... this is bad.... i'm horribly unfit...
Did a few rounds around the track... a little gym... a little other exercises... dah dah dah.....hahahaha.....hopefully can go regularly and get fitter.
Didn't eat for around 24 hours! wahahahaha...from about 9+ to 9+.....hee...cos' today i woke up too late to get breakfast.....then during my only break ended up playing basketball instead of getting lunch... end result: no food!

Okay, these pictures are from the Freshman orientation programme 2003, first day at East Coast Park.
yay! cop this pic from SP SB webbie...... cos' got me inside, so help them publicise abit! In the corner, wearing the supposed to be red shirt but came out orangey. Anyway, the idiot behind me is called Rui, and he's been trying to put twigs, soil and leafs on me the whole time we were sitting down there.
Hokay - from left - some guy, some guy, some ger, some ger...etc etc etc etc....ME! Hahahahahahahahaha!
This shot was taken while playing some weird game which involved, among other weird stuff, passing a banana tied to a rafia string thru everyone's shirts. I suspect it was Jaime's idea... cos' only she would think of this kind of game...

Heh, tomorrow i'm going to be on duty to help man the SPARC booth for cca week...whee... hopefully can get at least 20 peeps to sign up, and hopefully hopefully at least ½ will be chio... LoL!
The bloody sports hall is hot as hell though, SP has been established for like 50 years and they've never gotten down to getting it better ventilation... can sweat just by going inside and sitting down sia...
School has been pretty boring.....i think my attention span has gone down even more this semester.....sit down for 10 minutes then i'm bored liao... =P. Modules like... writing? research? CB? kaoz... ahhh well.....at least we get to use the digital media studio, film ourselves and stuff.....wooo..... can't wait till they issue us cameras and turn us loose.......really go crazy man!

Music: erm...abit old.....Train's album, a private nation's good- meet virginia, all american girl, calling all angels..... stroke 9's kick some ass too! And lastly, the.....uhh.....new i think..(boy)band C21.......not bad at all...... cya!

Feeling abit nostalgic today i guess... dug up this old picture of my wing chun class taken sometime last year... might as well post it. Hee. A few of the fellows from the old class, while we were still training at Kong Chow Wui Koon in/near chinatown...
Sighs~ Lately though, it seems as if everyone's going away. My sifu's gone to LA, then most of my seniors going army or already in...others still overseas... disadvantage of having a class of mostly 19-20 somethings...hahahaha
School's starting on monday... not really looking forward to it, but not really dreading it as well...it'll be a welcome change from what's left of the holidays... since i haven' been doing much lately. Kinda looking forward to seeing everyone in school, can meet up with all my frens...yay!
Ah well, that's all i guess, for today... and i don't think i've pushed this band b4..little t and one track mike? Old school hip-hop... cool stuff... just listening to it now, so juz mention it. Haa~. cheers!

So i'm in the FOP, being a class facilitator for this class of dbf students...hehehe, can't really call them kids cos' most of them are older than me... =D
It's been...a tiring two days, went to east coast park on tuesday but didn't managed to get thru all the games station before it started raining. Today was better though, slept thru the whole day of talks and presentations at the new SP convention center, but at least there's a more comfortable and relaxed atmosphere within the class now... won't be very long till the inevitable cliches form and stuff... hehehe.
Okay gotta run... hungry as hell, need to cook up something first.
Ooyar...songs...pop? amy studt's misfit, sarah connor's he's unebelievable and girls aloud's no good advice! Hahahaha...the stuff i'm listening to at the moment, anyway... Cya!
